These terms govern your use of the Comm Zenith website, courses, learning materials, and related services. By creating an account, enrolling, or using the services, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. A parent or guardian must approve use and purchases where required for a minor.
Courses and acceptable use
Course access is personal and may not be shared, resold, copied, recorded, republished, or used to disrupt the platform or infringe another person’s rights. Course schedules, instructors, and materials may be reasonably updated to maintain or improve the service.
Prices, taxes, and payment
The checkout page shows the final amount payable before payment. Applicable discounts are deducted first. GST is added only when GST collection is enabled and will be displayed separately at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and remain subject to their terms.
No cancellations or refunds
All successful course purchases are final and non-refundable.
Comm Zenith does not provide cancellations, refunds, credits, transfers, or partial refunds because of a change of mind, non-attendance, failure to complete a course, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use the purchased access. Please review the course details, schedule, price, and these terms carefully before making payment.
This policy does not exclude a remedy that Comm Zenith is legally required to provide, including for a duplicate or unauthorised charge or where the purchased service is not supplied.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, videos, worksheets, course materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Comm Zenith. Enrolment gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use course content for personal learning only.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Educational outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Comm Zenith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
Suspension, changes, and law
We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or serious violations of these terms. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer rights.
