Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28 September 2026

Comm Zenith respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a course, or use our learning services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, profession or study details, account information, course enrolments, learning progress, communications, and transaction references. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store complete card, UPI, or bank credentials.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalise courses, manage accounts and enrolments, process and verify payments, issue invoices, communicate service updates, provide support, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website and teaching services.

Cookies and caching

We use essential cookies for login, security, language, and session features. Public website content may be cached temporarily to improve speed. Cached public pages do not include private account or payment information.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as payment, hosting, storage, email, and support providers, or when required by law. We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or raise a complaint, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can also opt out of non-essential promotional messages.

Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change and will post the revised effective date here.
